  • Account Details: Your email address, encrypted password, and display name.
  • Usage Data: Time entries, client names, project names, and generated invoices.
  • Payment Information: Handled entirely by our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to serve your tracking and invoicing workflows. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your database records are stored in private isolated environments protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.

3. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You retain absolute ownership of all information logged into the service. You have the right to request a full machine-readable export of your data at any time via the Settings screen. You also have the right to permanently delete your account, which triggers an immediate cascading database transaction that completely expunges all your data from our active storage.

4. Updates to This Policy

We may occasionally update our privacy policy. If significant changes occur, we will notify you by email or via a banner inside the authenticated dashboard area.
