1. Description of Service
TimeRendered is a software-as-a-service application designed for solo consultants and freelancers to track project hours and generate client invoices. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoice formatting, sequential numbers, and tax models comply with your local tax authorities.
2. Subscription Billing and Cancellations
We offer our services on monthly and annual billing plans. Payments are billed in advance and are processed securely. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Settings panel. Upon cancellation, your Pro tier access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
All billing payments, checkouts, and refund requests are processed and managed entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Paddle's customer terms and applicable local consumer protection regulations.
4. Limitations of Liability
TimeRendered is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any lost profits or data resulting from the use of our services.
